.Orders which have alcohol and /or  tobacco can only be made by customer who are 18 or over and suitable ID will need to be presented  by the customer if requested by the delivery driver before any goods are given delivery.Any orders made by minors will be rejected and no alcohol will be delivered.

Challenge 25 policy is in  operation.This means that if the delivery driver believes you are under 25years of age then they will requested suitable ID

The acceptable forms of ID here are:

• Valid passport
• A photo driving licence
• A proof of age card such as the PASS card from the national Proof of Age Standards Scheme

Alcohol will not be supplied to public places.Order must be made to residential or business addresses only, orders requested to places such as parks and pubs will be rejected.

A full name ,address and contact telephone number will be taken prior to any delivery of alcohol.

Goods will only be delivered to the address provided.

The delivery driver will record  the delivery of alcohol on a body worn camera.

Orders that have been rejected for breach of terms&conditions, payments will not be refunded.

Customers that fail to collect their order will be refunded excluding fee £10.
