At Norwich Drinks Palace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Due to the nature of our products (alcohol, beverages, and consumables) and licensing regulations, we have the following return and refund policy:
Returns We Accept:
- Damaged Products: If your items arrive damaged, leaking, or broken, contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
- Incorrect Orders: If we delivered the wrong items, contact us immediately, and we'll correct the order at no charge.
- Defective Products: If a product is past its expiration date, spoiled, or defective, we'll provide a full refund or replacement.
Returns We Cannot Accept:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Items you no longer want
- Incorrect orders due to customer error
- Products that have been opened or consumed
- Orders refused at delivery without valid reason (we reserve the right to charge delivery fees)
